Below are some suggestions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wetting Agent gives your soil\u2019s capacity to hold moisture \u2013 granular agent in the small tool shed<\/li>\n<li>Mulch 5 \u2013 10 cm thick to keep the soil cool and reduce evaporation, we have bought lupin mulch for members to use<\/li>\n<li>Shade limits evaporation and protect the plants from the worst heat<\/li>\n<li>Use appropriate plants suitable to our climate and season \u2013 guides on shed<\/li>\n<li>Healthy plants with deeper root systems are more resilient to hot weather<\/li>\n<li>Check drippers regularly to ensure they\u2019re not blocked, report any problems to the committee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unfortunately, despite all you best efforts it is likely you will have some loss of plants or produce in extended hot dry spells.
